It was all fun as the new queen of FCC decided to go an extra mile to emulate st. Valentine. Using the opportunity to visit the real beneficiaries of the season -the  less privileged.
Some students of the college and friends of the queen who joined in the visit were all happy and fulfilled as they felt the impact of their benevolence to the needy.
Their point of visit was Daughters of Divine Love Orphanage Home , Abakpa Nike Enugu.
While welcoming them and conducting them round the sections of the Home, the Reverend Sisters - Matron used the opportunity to challenge other youths to emulate the spirit of Charity which is the essence of Valentine. She also thanked the Queen of FCC as well as the Entire Students of Federal Cooperative College Oji River for remembering them.
In her response, the Queen pledged to continue to use her position to spread the news of Charity and Cooperation, citing that cooperative is all about self help and mutual benefits. She pledged to also continue to use her little resources to impact her generation.
Other people that contributed to the gesture included the acting Provost of the College, the deputy provost, lecturers, staff advisers, Student Union Government and friends of the Queen.
